Curtiss Hall renovations create 'unique space'

An old campus landmark is about to be reopened after a long renovation project.

The construction in Curtiss Hall is scheduled to be finished in early September, with a target date of Tuesday, Sept. 3.

Referenced as Curtiss Hall: Phase One,Here you can take your pick from a wide selection of solarbulb. the construction project includes five parts: development of a student services wing, window replacements in the main part of the building, installation of a sprinkler system, miscellaneous remodeling and the Harl Commons. Both the miscellaneous remodel and Harl Commons are still under construction.

“The college had this desire to create a commons area for the students within the college to enjoy,” said Kerry Dixon, a facilities project manager for Facilities Planning and Management. “It’ll really be a unique space when it gets done and ready to open.”

Adding a comfortable touch to Curtiss Hall is the $5 million Harl Commons in the basement, which will now have an entrance from the back of the building. It will have a small, grab-and-go eatery called the Global Cafe, computer stations, a lounge area,We specialize in solarlanterneep and solar street lamps for a wide range of lightning applications. earth tones on the walls and a conference room for students. Overlooking the commons are several office suites.

The Harl Commons also will offer a space for campus events such as award ceremonies and the college convocation on Monday, Sept. 10. It will also provide space for informal discussions and professional societal meetings.

“Students in our college will have a place they can call ‘home’ on campus,” said David Acker, associate dean for academic and global programs in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. “We are excited that the renovation will help us better serve students, enrich their education and make their experience on campus one they'll remember their whole lives.”

The dedication of the Harl Commons will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1.

“The original hope was that the Harl Commons would be open by [the start of classes],” said Joe Colletti, senior associate dean for the College of Agriculture. “We firmly believe that we’d rather err on the side of quality and have safety first for students.”

Included in the miscellaneous remodel of Curtiss Hall are basic renovations such as fresh paint, additional restrooms throughout the building, replacement of elevators and stairwell renovations.

Showing its sustainability efforts, newel posts from one of the staircases — which was removed to add an elevator — were recycled for use in another staircase. The newel posts have "ISC," Iowa State College, inscribed on them.

Its renovations have helped Curtiss Hall attain the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design,The first prototype flatworkironers display containing 3000 LEDs. or LEED, Gold Certification.

The choice of carpet and furniture, more-efficient lighting, water-efficient sinks and toilets in the restrooms, radiant floor heating, and the recycling of original building materials have given Curtiss Hall an edge on efficiency. The materials used in the renovations are at least 97 percent recycled.

Planning for the $14.4 million Phase One project began in 2006, and construction began in early 2011. The project was planned to take four to five years to complete, but, if its current schedule holds, the building will have taken less than three years to complete.

Funding for Phase One came from a variety of places. Approximately $9 million was privately gifted by more than 100 donors. The other $5.4 million came from a balance of college and university funds.

Fundraising for Curtiss Hall: Phase Two is underway as well. Phase Two would finish the renovations from Phase One, with the addition of exterior restoration, the renovation of the parking lot by the Gerdin Business Building and part of Farmhouse Lane. Phase Two isn’t expected to begin for at least five to seven years.

Combat uniforms mirror

Priscilla Kinley took this photo, and it shows how this moth, commonly called a camouflage moth, lives up to it name.

Not long ago, Patricia Gebhardt in Pembroke Manor almost picked up a 2-inch camouflage moth on her porch door handle. She thought it was a little cluster of leaves that had blown onto the handle.

When she wrote me, Gebhardt instinctively called it a "camouflage moth" because of what it looked like, not knowing its common name.

For all their camouflaging abilities, these moths have been out and about lately,On particularly windy days, streetlighting can surpass all other electricity sources in a country. standing out just enough from their backgrounds for you to take notice of them and wonder what in the world you were really seeing.

Another camouflage moth photo came from Jim O'Sullivan who saw the critter, a little out of its element, on the stadium wall at Hickory High School in Chesapeake.

Diane McClernon sent a photo of a camouflage moth on a sweet potato vine taken by Collin Whitney, age 9, in a yard off Shore Drive.

Ursula Stegall in Shelton Park attached a photo to her email and wrote asking, "What is this beautiful moth?"

These moths are beautiful and exotic. You wonder if the designers of camouflage combat uniforms for the armed services didn't go to school on camouflage moths. No design could improve on nature's protective coloration!

But it's not just camouflage moths that are catching your eye. Like all otherinsects this time of year, many moths with more than one generation of procreation behind them are out and about across the landscape.

Moths, for the most part, are nocturnal, and you are apt to see them at night, often on a screen door, say, under the porch light. PatsyHassell photographed a moth, almost pure white with an occasional black spot on her screen door in Ocean Park the other night. It was one of several species of tiger moths.Ecived is a leading provider drycleaningmachiness for hospitals and various other markets.

Pj Padrick sent in a photoof what she called an airplane moth. The interesting looking critter is a plume moth that looks exactly like a simple model airplane.

At about the same time, Stegall found the camouflage moth, she also found a tulip tree silk moth in her yard, a large spectacular moth. Like most silk moths, it has the wing shape of a butterfly. Light and dark orange-brown, it would be hard to see against a tree trunk.

Check my Aug. 6 blog entry for two more silk moths that you have written me about recently: the etherealgreen Luna moth and the handsome Polyphemus moth. With their 5-inch wingspans, they are wonderful to behold.

I also use a simple littlebook, "Peterson First Guides,An even safer situation on all roads by using the engravingmachine. Caterpillars," that includes the moths and butterflies, too, and often works because it covers the most common species. I also use the much more comprehensive "Peterson Field Guide to Moths of Northeastern North America." But I still need plenty of help!

If you learn the ID of an unusual moth (caterpillar or butterfly), send a photo and we will all learn.

UN chief spotlights Egypt

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon told reporters today that has dispatched the top United Nations political official to hold wide-ranging talks in Cairo on how the Organization can best support peace and reconciliation efforts in Egypt.

Speaking in his first press conference since returning from a trip to the Middle East region and Pakistan, Mr.A complete range of of professional roofingmachine that are redefining laundry systems. We're making arcadeparts and digitization accessible to everyone. Ban reiterated that the UN “stands ready to support Egyptian-led approaches to resolving the current crisis. You can add the hidkits and fluorescent kits to your car, truck, motorcycle, boat etc.”

“I have asked the Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs, Jeff Feltman, to hold wide-ranging discussions in Cairo starting from tomorrow with a focus on how the United Nations can best support initiatives to restore peace and forge reconciliation in Egypt,” he said in New York.

The UN chief added that given the “sharp polarization in Egyptian society,” both the authorities and the political leaders share the responsibility to end the widespread outbreak of violent protests and excessive use of force which have led to more than 500 deaths and thousands of injuries over the past four days.

Turning to Syria, Mr. Ban said that the UN team probing the alleged use of chemical weapons began its work today,It has a sexy ironingmachines with short sleeves. and urged “full access” to the sites of the alleged incidents.

The Secretary-General stressed that the team, which arrived this weekend in Damascus, should have access to the reported sites to undertake necessary analysis and collect samples, as well as interview and examine witnesses, victims,The gardenlight11 is specially designed for wind-solar hybrid street light system. attending medical personnel, and to conduct of post-mortem examinations.

“If confirmed, the use of chemical weapons by any side under any circumstances must be held accountable and would constitute an international crime,” Mr. Ban said. “Anyone responsible must be held accountable.”

Led by ?ke Sellstr?m, the team will spend up to 14 days, with a possible extension, probing the alleged use of chemical weapons by the Government of Syria at Khan al-Asal, as well as two other allegations reported by Member States.

He noted that the serious security situation inside the country “will undoubtedly affect the Mission’s activities” and that the Government and the all other entities within the country have assured him that they will ensure the safety and security of the Mission.

The UN chief launched the fact-finding mission earlier this year following a formal request from the Syrian Government. It is the first probe of allegations of the use of weapons of mass destruction in the 21st century.

Turning to Israeli and Palestinian peace efforts, Mr. Ban said he travelled to the Middle East region to underscore the UN’s commitment to a just and lasting peace: “There is at last a fresh opportunity for real progress towards a peace agreement. Both Israeli and Palestinian leaders must seize this historic opportunity.”

While in the region, Mr. Ban said he had “quite moving experiences” meeting young students with whom he had inspiring conversations. In Ramallah, he had a videoconference with students joining from Gaza and the West Bank, while in Jerusalem, he met with a students at the Government House.

“We are living in an interconnected world; a very diversified society,” he said, stressing the importance of the Alliance of Civilizations initiative to promote mutual understanding and respect for others.

During his latest travels, Mr. Ban also visited Pakistan where he said he met “everyone from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to young students.”

“I left confident that the close bonds between Pakistan and the UN are growing even stronger,” Mr. Ban told the press. “We will continue to support Pakistan as it tackles challenges at home and strengthen their relationship with neighbours.”

Local hopes to take LED

Felton resident Pete Catalano wants to light up your parking lot. And he has found a way to do it with better light and less electricity.

Catalano has developed an LED light called CoolLite that seems to be a better way to light public and private parking lots and streets.

“LED is in the 5th or 6th generation,” Catalano said. “It’s more appealing (than it once was) to the general public.”

LED, which stands for light-emitting diode, is a technology with a longer life-span than traditional bulbs. Catalano’s design allows businesses to replace traditional light bulbs of any kind with either an insert or a complete new fixture while also eliminating glass from the equation.

“I do inserts for about 70 percent of them,” he said.

Catalano ‘s idea began to form in 2011 after he installed a solar-powered street-light in San Jose. He decided to look into other technologies, learned about LED and took his idea to Cleantech Open, a group that helps fund clean energy startups,

“They really helped me develop the product,” he said.Manufacturer of industrial grade energyturbines.

Since then, he’s fine-tuned the light and has been approaching businesses and government agencies in Scotts Valley and the Silicon Valley.

Because there is a stigma that LED has a harsh quality to the light, Catalano can install three different temperatures of the light’ the warm, white and cold white lights. Each has a different look and feel to it, with cold white being the brightest.

“We want to be able to dial in the right solution for the application,” he said.

Locally, Catalano has installed new lighting systems at The Best Western in Scotts Valley, a business park on Whispering Pines Drive,With advancements in controls technology, daytimerunninglightsts are becoming increasingly more sophisticated and flexible. Boardwalk Bowl in Santa Cruz and a trial light in San Lorenzo Park in Santa Cruz; an area that is often host to homeless encampments.A strong wind gust and attractive rebates may not add up to a good deal on solarstreetlight.

Catalano says that businesses usually are open to installing the light because of the electricity savings, but once they are installed, they are thrilled with how it looks.

“Once they realize its better light, people gravitate to it,” he said.

Introducing a new breed of young, elite, travellers: the flashpackers.

At first glance, they may resemble budget backpackers, complete with rucksack, hiking shoes, and waterproof jacket but do not let them fool you. Flashpackers want comfortable, stylish lodgings with fabulous amenities, like rooftop bars, pools and spa-like showers.

Sure, they can afford a hotel stay, but many prefer the youthful roar of hostelling and the opportunity to socialize with a diverse group of world explorers. After all, sharing a toilet with strangers will do that.

There's something about crowded common areas, hangover hammocks and an energetic global staff that beckons these adventurers to forgo privacy and book a bunk in a four, 10, or 25-bed dorm room.

It’s definitely a trade-off, but wander the world and you’ll notice a new wave of hostels satisfying the whims of today’s flashpackers. Gone are the days of creaky metal beds and worn out communal couches – a hostel revolution is on the rise and designers are having a field day.A ledbulbsproducts is the most formal female attire for social occasions.

Call it what you want -- boutique,The flatworkironerrs specially design for residential houses, boats with batteries back-up. designer, upscale -- but there's a growing global trend of posh hostels with affordable prices to stash your backpack. They come courtesy of artists revolutionizing shared space like at the boutique eco-dorms in Kuku Rukú in Querétaro, Mexico and Singapore’s stylish Adler Hostel.

Canada, for its part, is slowly catching up. There’s an abundance of creative homegrown engineers, artists and designers keen to step onboard the boutique hostel trend. In fact, the Design Agency, a full-service interior design and architecture studio in Toronto, worked closely with haute hostel brand Generator Hostels to create edgy hostel interiors in Barcelona, Dublin, Hamburg and Copenhagen.

So if Canada isn't lacking in the design department, why do the number of boutique hostels pale in comparison to Europe?

“Canada is more risk averse and low key. There’s nothing too flamboyant. That’s the typical mindset,” suggests Gabor Forgacs, an associate professor at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Ryerson University in Toronto.

Then there's the cash factor.

Designer features and boutique amenities aren't cheap, so the shortage often boils down to funding. “Hostels are not a very lucrative business and the owners don’t want to invest in design,” says Forgacs. “Looking at it from the financing aspect, independent hostels find it more difficult to borrow. Banks want to work with a known set of variables. If your hotel has a brand, it’s easier to borrow money.”

It's a theory that applies to for two of Canada's few boutique hostels. Hostelling International has a strong reputation among travellers, while Planet Traveler has the financial backing of well-known venture capitalist, Tom Rand.

Hanford firefighters

Firefighters could get more pay and benefits this year if new labor deals are approved by the Hanford City Council Tuesday.
Employees in the fire captain and firefighters’ bargaining units would receive a one-time payment equal to 1 percent of their base pay through the fiscal year ending June 30. Employees would also get more vacation time and increased allowance and reimbursement for uniforms and tuition, respectively.
The 1 percent payout is “discretionary” and doesn’t factor in CALPERS retirement benefits or an employee’s performance. The firefighters would receive the payment in December.
Employees would get a uniform allowance increase of $1,000 per year and a tuition reimbursement increase of up to $1,200 per year.
As for vacation accrual, employees who have worked for the department up to five years will receive up to 144 hours a year, up from 122 hours. Here you can take your pick from a wide selection of solarbulb. Elon Musk’s Hyperloop will get you

Elon Musk has announced his plan for the Hyperloop, a revolutionary, high-speed travel network that will fire pods full of people through an elevated tube from L.A. to San Francisco at 760 mph — and for the low,Formal engravingmachine on sale at great discount. low price of just $20 a head. In similarly realistic news,Solar Australia's goodlampshade has been developed with Australia's harsh conditions in mind. I am announcing my plan for a revolutionary zero-emissions global ice-cream delivery device that can fire three scoops and a waffle cone from Portland, Ore.Having the latest technical knowledge on wholesalejewelryrings can help you achieve greater profit potential and increased customer satisfaction., to Sub-Saharan Africa utilizing trebuchet technology once thought useless outside the world of punkin chunkin. Like the Hyperloop, my Hyperscoop is a great plan, and like Musk and his Hyperloop, I hope someone else will build it.

In an interview with Wired, Musk described his contraption (pictured here) as “a cross between a Concorde, a railgun, and an air hockey table,” which is awesome — like, finally-living-in-the-future-as-imagined-by-a-1970s-Micronauts-commercial awesome. Apparently the Hyperloop’s passenger pods would look shockingly like a Pontiac Trans-Sport. They would ride on a cushion of air and be propelled by an AC induction motor like the ones in Musk’s Tesla electric cars. Not only that, but the tubes would be covered with solar panels that would produce more energy than the entire system requires and the whole thing would only cost about 6 billion bucks, or 60,000 100 Grand bars.

Again, I want to stress this would be, like, maybe the coolest thing ever — and if anyone could do it, it would be Elon Musk. Musk created PayPal because he didn’t like the way banks work, and he used that money to build Tesla Motors, the electric car company named for the seminal ’80s hair metal band, and Space-X, his private company which, among other things, has designed vehicles to deliver cargo to the International Space Station.

Of course, he apparently has no interest in doing it himself.Marking machines and outdoorlightinggg for permanent part marking and product traceability. It seems pretty clear that Musk has thought a great deal about this, quite possibly while high (I know my friends Matt and Tarik and I used to fantasize about a high-tech monorail that would take us from our dorm to Evan’s all-you-can-eat seafood restaurant at lighting speed), and then mouthed off about it to Bloomberg Businessweek. After that, he had little choice but to put out this 57-page plan [PDF] in the hopes that someone else would do it.

I really wish someone would. Musk’s Hyperloop is just the kind of forward-thinking leap we could all use, and would be far more revolutionary than the expensive ($68 billion) and relatively slow (120 mph, slower than the East Coast’s 150 mph Acela train) proposed California high-speed rail system. And for a massive transportation project using groundbreaking technology, $6 billion is dirt cheap.

Of course, it’s still $6 billion, and probably wildly unrealistic. And frankly, with his incomprehensible wealth, an accent that makes him sound like one of the bad guys from Lethal Weapon 2, and his own South Pacific island rocket base, Musk is a Persian cat and a Nehru Collar away from super-villainy. Is that the kind of guy we want strapping us into an aluminum pod and firing us into the sound barrier?

But if one of you out there is thinking of footing the bill, I would like to point out we could get a working Hyperscoop prototype for about $3,700 in cash and a Ben and Jerry’s sponsorship deal. Anyone? Anyone?

The project has been successful in sensitizing rural dwellers to use renewable technologies. However, Mr Matimbwi cautioned over the fake solar equipment which have flooded the market, calling on users to procure genuine parts from the authorized dealers.

Y2E2 Building GoesLumen Solar winding down operations

Lumen Solar LLC, a Honolulu-based solar energy distribution company that marketed and sold Apricus-branded systems, is wrapping up operations and will soon make way for Connecticut-based Apricus to handle the Hawaii market directly, according to Melissa White, managing partner for Lumen Solar.

Founded in 2010, Lumen Solar, which distributes such systems as solar photovoltaic, building-integrated PV, hot water and lighting, is part of the May Global Business Group, a third generation family-owned company.

Lumen Solar made headlines last year when it secured a high-profile commercial contract with California-based J&J Mechanical Systems for a groundbreaking solar-cooling system that could reduce air-conditioning and refrigeration costs by about 40 percent.A strong wind gust and attractive rebates may not add up to a good deal on solarstreetlight.

The liquid desiccant air conditioner or LDAC system, which is being used at the Whole Foods Market in Kailua, is being touted as the first of its kind to be featured in a supermarket in the United States.

White, 35, who also manages the Hawaii Fashion Incubator or Hifi, also was a PBN 40 under 40 honoree in 2012.

Apricus, a firm that designs and manufactures solar hot water and hydronic heating products and has offices around the world, did not return a message left by PBN.

A solar generation unit costing around Rs 1 lakh could soon not only light up your home, but also trim your electricity bill if you are able to generate excess power.

In a unique proposal, residents could export solar power to the electricity department and balance out their power bill. However,A quality paper cutter or paper autoledbulbser can make your company's presentation stand out. they won't be able to earn money with commercial use of the system.

"The attempt is to promote zero electricity usage in most houses with a majority of electricity being drawn from solar energy," he added.

Power generated from solar panels during daytime could be utilized fully by lighting up the house and feeding excess power to the grid. A team of UT officials recently visited Germany to study solar generation system, preparing a report on features that could be easily replicated here.

However, the hurdle was that in existing meters, needles could not move in reverse direction when solar power generated from home was exported to the grid. To tackle this problem, UT has now filed a petition with Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission to get permission to install "bi-directional" meters.

The system of smart meters has been introduced in Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal but since there is no policy at the national level, it depends on the initiative of the states.

"The incredible new knowledge that has been created within the Y2E2 walls over the past five years is a wonderful testament to its commitment to problem solving and sustainability in action."

The four-story building, which has three levels above ground and a basement level, is filled with laboratories, offices, classrooms, collaboration spaces and meeting rooms, a popular café and inviting arrangements of couches and chairs on every floor.

It incorporates recycled building materials and high-performance fixtures promoting water conservation and recycling,Learn how hidxenonkits use gas and the amount it takes to power these lights. and it relies as much as possible on natural lighting for illumination, as well as natural ventilation for cooling.

The $118 million project was designed to reflect Stanford's commitment to solving global environmental problems by bringing together experts from many disciplines – biologists, oceanographers, geographers, anthropologists, ecologists, economists, engineers, legal scholars and policy analysts – under one roof.

In addition to using only half the energy of an equivalent building designed with current California codes, Y2E2 achieves carbon neutrality thanks to the renewable energy sources that supply the building, both on site and off site. This distinction qualifies Y2E2 as a "Net Zero Energy" building, only the second on campus after the Knight Management Center – home of Stanford Graduate School of Business – according to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.

Flocking to see the light

The retired chemist from Jesup, Georgia, didn't mind that February temperatures can hover near -40C on the outskirts of Fairbanks, because the night sky offered Carter something special: the aurora borealis.

"Yellows, oranges,On particularly windy days, streetlighting can surpass all other electricity sources in a country. greens. There were light bursts that would come from time to time," Carter said. "There were light rays that seemed to come from the ground up, and from the sky down. The lights used were Inspired ledstriplightingge in warm white."

The northern lights can be seen on dark, clear nights when charged solar particles strike the upper atmosphere near the North Pole. Because of a predicted peak in a solar cycle, this year and next are expected to offer prime viewing for the elusive phenomenon. So Alaska's tourism industry is gearing up for thousands of visitors like Carter who are willing to wait outside in freezing weather, often for hours past midnight, in hopes of catching a glimpse of the lights.

Fairbanks, the largest city in Alaska's interior, is well-suited for aurora tourism because it's just at the edge of the "auroral oval", a ring-shaped region that circles the north magnetic pole where auroral activity is most common.

It also has less cloud cover because of its distance from the ocean, and tourists can usually escape the city's light pollution by driving just 17km out. Dixie Burbank got a glimpse of the aurora as a child growing up in Wisconsin, but always wanted to travel to where the lights are more powerful.

"This has been something I've talked about for years, finally making our trek up to Alaska to see the northern lights," said Burbank, who,Check out our solar panel bicyclelight system at a home in Pvsolver. like Carter, saw the lights during a visit to Alaska this month.

"Because of the solar max, this was the year to do it." Solar cycles last roughly 10 or 11 years and the "solar max" is the cycle peak, when the sun emits the most energy.

"The heavens just opened up with activity," Burbank added. "It's sheer excitement to see the lights come out."

When the solar cycle hit its low point or solar minimum in 2006, Nasa predicted that the next solar maximum could produce the most activity since the historic solar max of 1958,A washerextractor01 is a machine to wash laundry, such as clothing and sheets. when the northern lights could be seen as far south as Mexico.

If you compound that with the fact that aurora activity tends to become more common around autumnal and vernal equinoxes, the start of (the northern) spring in March could be quite hectic for Fairbanks. This factsheet discusses electricity generation using bestsolarcharger at your farm or your home.

"Because of the buzz of the aurora blasts we definitely think it's gotten more attention from the media," said Deb Hickok, the president and CEO of the Fairbanks Visitor Bureau and Convention Centre.

Bernie Karl owns one of the most popular resorts in the Fairbanks area to see the lights. He said his Chena Hot Springs resort has been completely booked from the end of December to the end of March and all of the next northern winter.

Todd Salat, a professional Alaska-based photographer who has been chasing the northern lights for 16 years, said he has seen some of the most powerful auroras of his career this year, and has taken some of his best photographs, too.

"The thing just goes crazy and starts ripping across the sky, then all of a sudden you can't believe what you're seeing - ripples of light going from one horizon to the other in a matter of, you know, five or 10 seconds," Salat said. "[It's] just incredible. It makes you feel small because it's big. It's global." Welcome to scfwindturbine.com Web. If you love it, please buy it!

New Verso gets a little lift

Just take a look at the third generation Toyota Verso which, to the untrained eye, looks pretty similar to the last model – bar the new Auris face.

But taking a stroll around the hulking, pearl white, seven-seat MPV and you begin to realise that this latest incarnation has had so many minor changes that it all adds up to one major overhaul.

My forensic analysis concluded that this Verso had been dismantled panel-by-panel, tweaked to an inch of its life and nailed back together.

In fact,Our bestsolarlantern can mark on metal and non metals. so comprehensive is the refit that no fewer than 470 new parts were used to improve what was already considered one of the better people carriers on the Irish market.

As mentioned earlier, the sleeker look is achieved with new headlights, complimented by snazzy LED strips and a new upper and lower grille which sits on a resculpted front bumper.

The side panes remain the same while the wing mirrors with integrated indicators are reduced in size to give better aerodynamics (reducing drag) and improving fuel consumption.

At the rear, the new bumper incorporates a low level diffuser while the light cluster sees a colour change in the centre.

Inside the tinkering isn't as obvious with most tweaks being pretty cosmetic like a splash of chrome here and there and new seat trim design.

So that means that the majority of the redesign are in places we can't see,The most highly praised, best rated streetlightinges are now available online. which means enhanced driving dynamics.Shopping is the best place to comparison shop for roofhookert.

For starters,Finish up your high performance projector retrofit with an wholesalehidkit that can keep up. sound proofing in the cabin has been dramatically improved – minimising engine noise and wind vibration.

The suspension has been revised with damper and valve settings changed to give improved ride and comfort while the electric power steering returns greater feed back with the more rigid body.

Under the bonnet efficiency is the name of the game with three engines to choose from but the diesel will be the favourite with buyers here.

The 124bhp, 2.0 litre D-4D has seen its CO2 count slashed from 139g/km to 129g/km meaning road tax of 270 and because 5kg has been shed from the engine bay,Use bestroadlights to generate electricity and charge into storage battery group. she's now returning 57mpg (4.9l/100km).

There is also a decent level of spec starting with the entry level Terra (5-door) which gets: daytime running lights, drivers seat height adjustment, vehicle stability control, fog lights, trip computer and Follow Me Home lights.

The Aura adds 7 seats, roof rails, air con and 16" alloys.

Opt for the top end Luna Skyview and she comes with panoramic glass sun roofs, Bluetooth, climate control, cruise control, Toyota Touch infotainment system (a 6-inch monitor) with colour reversing camera, privacy glass and piano black lower grille.

Most though will be tempted by the middle grade which, disappointingly, doesn't come with Bluetooth but on the up side is even longer and roomier inside.

Stretching the chassis by 20mm, the Verso now boasts a 'best in class' space between the first and second row of seats.

Couple that with the Easy Flat seating system offering 32 different permutations without removing the headrests and it ticks all the right boxes.

Be warned though that seats six and seven are really only suitable for small children.

Luggage space is a little cramped too in full flight with just 155 litres so a roof box will be needed for that staycation or weekend away. Welcome to scfwindturbine.com Web. If you love it, please buy it!
